So Far, So Awesome. 2011 re-cap.

It's been an awesome year this 2011 and before all the recap, let me re-introduce myself for those who just recently followed me & my works.

My name is Vincent Rhafael Aseo a graduate of Asia Pacific College under AB in multimedia arts in 07. I worked as a multimedia artist in a corporation back in '08, Got into freelance web design in '09 and accidentally into illustrations/vectors last year. Yes, everything was just an accident.

In pursuit of this genre ,I never knew a career is waiting ahead. all I know is I did it not to impress, nor for the money.


I did it because I felt fulfilled in doing what I love.  


Luckily, major breakthrough's made its way this year, starting off with Shadowness.com  for being the springboard for upcoming artists such as myself, The launch of Vector X Vexel PH group where the bests vector artists are gathered and I am one of the admins, Multiple web and magazine feature, awards, interviews and getting invited for talks by top Universities and college's such as Mapua and Assumption.

Now, Vectoring has certainly become a popular trend and I'm very happy to see new talents on the rise because frankly, they're the one's that 
inspire me to push myself further. "Humbled" is what I feel when random people say that they "idolize" me, but honestly, I'm no role model.
I'm just your average guy who found what he is good at doing. 

Looking back, I never would have thought that by "Vectoring", Ill find my place.

Earning a spot and be connected with the wonderful talents and artists of the country brings me great joy. Above anything else I would like to thank everyone who continually supports me. Everything I owe to God and to you guys! so you can expect more vector action next year. Coolbeans!
